Never Fear, Thin Mints Are Still Here!

COVID-19 is having a major impact on all of us, across backgrounds, geographies, and industries, and that includes Girl Scouts. But even as many events are on hold, including in-person sales of Girl Scout Cookies, Girl Scouting continues as a 100 percent virtual experience—and that includes cookie sales.

One of our top priorities has been mitigating the impact of COVID-19 on the cookie sale. Some of our Girl Scout entrepreneurs have a cookie inventory issue because we have had to suspend door-to-door sales and cookie booths in order to protect girls and communities.

To address this, we have created a solution that is wholly digital.

We call it: Eat. Share. Show Communities We Care.

This campaign encourages customers to support Girl Scouts by purchasing cookies for delivery to their homes or as a donation to first responders, frontline volunteers, and local causes.

Girl Scout Cookies aren’t just about tasty treats. By buying Girl Scout Cookies, customers are supporting life-changing programs for girls. All the money stays local and girls do amazing things with their earnings.
