NEVER EVER GIVE UP - COMMANDER

I was just watching The Darkest Hour & got triggered to write this New year message for my students, followers, Armed forces officers & Soldiers in India.

I have reached out to more than one thousand of you in 2020. I have coached & mentored a few. I miss out a thousand when I touch one of you. I am trying to widen my outreach in 2021. My mission is to transform a million Lives.

I use Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter & recently I am onto You Tube too. The challenge I face is that We Military Veterans are not aware of benefits of professional coaching & mentoring. We also don`t appreciate the fantastic ROI - Return on Investment of our time & money spent on getting groomed & prepared for a second career & a second Life after the Military.

I intend to start empowering Military Spouses too next year as I consider them to be our unsung heroes.

I THANK THEM FOR THEIR SERVICE TO THE NATION.

My only request is don`t shy away from giving a feedback to a lone warrior like me.Your encouragement keeps me fuelled & going. Also kindly share the information with all your colleagues & specially the soldiers & the Military Spouses.

I am going to bring in a lot of resources like reference books , Seminars , online sessions & face to face interactions in all major locations in India in near future.

We are also going to train a few Coaches to take on the numerous soldiers, officers & Military Spouses who need guidance on Transition well in advance of their separation date.

Mind it it takes a day to leave the Military but it can take a life time for Military to leave you.

We are also coming out with short courses with assured placement.
