So what would you do if someone made a mistake?

OK !! What would you do if someone made a blunder?

I am sure you are not going to kill that person or hang him by his neck !! Are you?

STILL, THIS IS NOT THE WORST SCENARIO

You know the worst thing you can do with that person is that "you can yell at him/her in front of your whole company" this is how you can show you power or your superiority over him/her and this is how you show your character as well in front of your all employees.

DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT'S A GOOD WAY TO POINT OUT A MISTAKE OF YOUR DOWNLINE? BY CRITICISM?

Instead, you can call him/her and you can discuss the issue privately so that they can explain it better and go for the solution instead of unnecessary arguments because I believe " NO ONE WINS IN THESE KINDS OF ARGUMENT".

You lose your respect every single time whenever you start any arguments with your downline in front of your whole company.

No matter On which position you are working, how you treat others and your employees that's the only thing that defines you and your character.

I am not trying to change the way you do business or work in the industry, NO !! Not at All, All I am trying to say that "Never downgrade anyone just to show your power over them"

The real power lies in Motivation, Inspiration, and Appreciation, this is how you can utilize your power, all the great leaders have been doing this and they are still doing it. this is how they build their empires.
