Never compromise your integrity
Proverbs 20:14 “It’s no good, it’s no good!” says the buyer—?then goes off and boasts about the purchase.
Why do people do this? We've all seen people complain about something or a service to get a 'deal'. Then when they are asked about the purchase or experience, they brag about how good it was or is and how they 'won' by making someone cut into their profits. Worse yet is when someone hides a known issue or flaw and sells it to someone else to 'have them deal with it'. Then they brag about how they dodged that bullet or made a profit while the next person ends up holding the bag on the bad deal. If we are children of God, we should live our lives with integrity and treat others how we want to be treated. If the shoe was on the other foot and THEY were the ones that bought the lemon vehicle, acquired the flipped house with issues hidden by drywall and paint, or were the person who had to drastically cut profits to keep a customer happy... they wouldn't be bragging... In fact, they'd probably complain about how much of a jerk that person was and maybe even call a lawyer... What would they do next? Figure out how to unload the problem on to someone else?!? Be a light in the world of business, never compromise your integrity, and have a blessed day!
