NEVCA Introduces Academy Members for the 12th Annual NEVY Awards: NEVYs Survivor

Leading New England investors across Tech, Tough Tech, MedTech, Life Sciences, and Healthcare sectors select 60+ nominees and 17 winners in “Survivor”-themed 2024 NEVY?Awards

BOSTON?—?October 31, 2024?—?The 12th Annual NEVY Awards: NEVYs Survivor, New England’s premier celebration of the region’s innovative startup ecosystem, is quickly approaching on December 5. Produced by the New England Venture Capital Association (NEVCA), this annual awards ceremony has become the must-attend event for the region’s top entrepreneurs and investors, spotlighting the companies and breakthroughs that are reshaping industries and driving the innovation economy forward.

This year’s “Survivor”-themed edition will celebrate 60+ nominees (i.e. contestants) across five academies (i.e. tribes) who have out fundraised, out innovated, and out hustled in 2024. But how do we end up with this list, selected from 100s of startups across the New England region?

The NEVCA gathers dozens of the region’s leading venture investors to make up the Academies. Investors are tasked with identifying the award categories, reviewing the universe of eligible companies, and selecting those who have shined above the rest.
