With the word “Neuro” we instantaneously understand that it has something related to brain. Neuroscience is not something that we are not aware of because we get to hear a lot about it in the medical field. In recent times, researchers and professionals started looking at it from a different perspective.
When we talk about neuroscience out of the field of medicine, then we look at the physical behaviors as well as the psychological patterns of brain in a specific situation.
By linking the brain’s biological processes with the reinforced behavior, we will be able to make knowledgeable and well-versed decisions.
There is no doubt about the fact that these two fields are totally different, but what makes it interesting is how neuroscience can help in the field of psychology to find a breakthrough.
Neuroscience in the human sciences is all about understanding the responses of the human brain in certain situations; professionals are using this technique in various other fields like marketing, human resource etc.

Neuroscience is not as new as we think, but it started getting a lot of attention from the Human Resource Industry lately and given the name "Neuro Human Resource Management". Human Resource closely deals with the human responses and that is why the role of neurosciences got attraction by Human Resource Professionals.
The incorporation of neuroscience helps in various aspects of Human Resource like Employee engagement, Performance management, Recruitment and Training & development.
The use of neuroscience aspect in different domains of Human Resource will help the professionals expand the horizon of insights in human behaviors, for example; people with what kind of thought process will engage in collaborative learning.
The improved knowledge of how human brain will respond in certain situation will equip the professionals to take better decisions in all areas of Human Resource Management.
There are a lot of researches being conducted on neuroscience and people are taking interest in studying it. With having a broad range of aspects where neuroscience can play its part; many professionals are incorporating it to various aspects like in leadership programs, stress management and many other domains as well. Still, it’s a long way to go when it comes to the meaningful and proper use of it.

The "SCARF" model was opted by the HR professionals of the company and showed positive results like improved "trust" and "satisfaction" of employees by increasing the factors like certainty, autonomy, relationship, and fairness at workplace.
Many companies use the aspect of neurosciences for improved employee performance and it’s high time that we unleash the maximum potential of it.
