NEURON Blockchain velocity

Working hard on the project "International Decentralized Payment system NEURON", we faced the problem of velocity of our system. We've understood, that if we want to close to modern service which is provided by payment market makers, we have to overspeed or at least, give the same parameters, which they are supplying. We've made changes to existing protocol and get 47000 tps on our test network. It's impressing, but we're aiming 100000 tps and for sure will get it. We'll publish officially all our results and are open for any discussion and comments.
