Neurodiversity Book Recommendation

Ever wondered what it was like to be ADHD? Ever wondered if you had ADHD? Ever wanted to help someone with ADHD but didn't know how?
This is the book to read! Written by the author of the YouTube channel "How to ADHD", Jessica McCabe, this book compiles her decades long journey to help herself and others with ADHD use their unique brains to thrive and succeed in our not always neurodiverse-friendly world. Written primarily for "Brains" (people with ADHD) the format is ADHD friendly and provides real life "toolbox" skills to help neurodiverse brains navigate the challenges they face on a daily basis and learn to work with their brains.
This book also helps "Hearts" (people who care about people with ADHD) learn what things help and what things don't.
Well worth the read (or check out the audio version read by the author). Also, check out her channel and the community that she has created!
