Dear NeuGroup Members,

I’m pleased to share with you today some important information about the pricing of NeuGroup memberships and something we’re calling loyalty pricing as well as a new referral program.

The first thing to know is that everyone who is paying for a membership today will not see any price change in 2024. And any increases in years thereafter will be based off what you are paying now.

This loyalty pricing plan is one way we are giving thanks to members who have shared, learned and connected over the past several years, including during the pandemic when virtual meetings and reliable partners became our lifeline. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I want to recognize how special you are for being a part of NeuGroup and engaging with us through good times and bad.

Your engagement in our network and support of our growth has made possible many new deliverables, including new peer, working and focus groups, solution sessions, research efforts, an array of virtual as well as in-person events, plus our connected by NeuGroup personal network-building and benchmarking service.

Referrals. You’ve earned the opportunity to give loyalty pricing to peers at other companies who are not yet NeuGroup members—people you think will add great value to your groups and to the broader NeuGroup platform. We are asking that referral applications come from the person you’re referring by year-end.

Those professionals you refer who become members will receive a discount of about 20%. You will earn not only our deep thanks and goodwill but 100 NeuRewards points for each referral, whether the person ends up becoming a member or not.

Consider these suggestions for possible referral:

  • Professionals at other companies who, you have heard, have great treasury, internal audit, ERM, FP&A programs/functions, or regional/business CFO rotations.
  • People at companies with whom you’ve done benchmarking who have shared best practices, great solutions or serious innovations.
  • Someone who you have just always wanted to have a meaningful professional connection with; let come via NeuGroup!

The bottom line. Implied in all this is that pricing will change for new members who are not part of current member companies and those not referred by our loyal, current members before December 31, 2023. With rising costs and a growing platform in need of additional resources, new member pricing will increase by about 20% on January 1, 2024.

  • Membership at the new price will still be a tremendous value thanks to you, our existing members, the best in the world. New members who share and learn could stand to significantly contribute to cost savings for their companies.
  • I also firmly believe that the knowledge gained and the time saved to obtain it will enhance the performance of any professional on the platform—and likely create multiples of value for any new member who joins and engages with NeuGroup.
