Bloom Secures $125M Project Financing Partnership with HPS and IDF
Bloom announced a project financing partnership with HPS Investment Partners, LLC and Industrial Development Funding (IDF) to support the deployment of our Bloom Energy Servers?. The initial funding of approximately $125 million will facilitate the installation of 19 megawatts of fuel cell systems, including advanced on-site microgrid solutions, under power purchase agreement structures. This collaboration enables commercial and industrial customers to access clean, reliable, and on-site power without upfront costs. Read the full release here.
