Networking - What is your preferred option?
Networking is now a must for many sole traders, SME's and even the larger corporations. The options are to join a weekly or fortnightly group where you are given the opportunity to educate your fellow networkers via a weekly 30 second to 2 minutes presentation, attend monthly breakfasts or luncheons where there is open networking followed by a meal during which you build relationships or many businesses now run open networking events for their clients so that they can mingle and chat to those they meet whilst working the room. Many of these events often offer a business that attends on a regular basis the opportunity to give a full 10 to 30-minute presentation to educate the audience in some way.
I love all forms of networking so decided to start my own with a twist Express Networking now has another alternative that has been used in the past which means that no one has to stand to educate the room as each person gets to meet a minimum of 20 other businesses on a 121 basis and tell them about their business. They then tick anyone they would like to meet again and we advise each company who has ticked them then email them their hot leads in the afternoon. If you haven't tried it then come and try, and for those of you who are happy to share and like this post we will reduce the cost of the event from £15 to £10.
