Networking

This image is certainly not meant for LinkedIn which is purely into professional networking. But as a human being, most of the times you do not have control over your thoughts. And whenever I have different thoughts on my mind, I feel like penning it down. So when I had glance at this tree, the first thought that came to mind was about networking. How the roots of banyan tree connects and support each other. And on the same line, professionals can build strong networks based on mutual support, trust and collaboration during your journey. I always preferred collaboration over competition. It is about nurturing relationships rather than focusing on transactional relationships for mutual growth.
