LinkedIn is an extremely powerful tool in our hands because of its ability to bring people, teams and organizations together. This is one platform if leveraged properly it can help people to network among themselves for common benefit. I feel that both God and Networking are both Omnipresent. The meaning of Omnipresent as per Google is- present everywhere at the same time. Now Consider the following, Each second of our lives we are actually networking with some one or the other, employers with employees, Businessmen with their partners, Buyers with sellers, Team Leads with their subordinates, each micro second networking is definitely happening and that is the reason why networking is actually Omnipresent.

I Love these conversations with my Boss Ashwin Ravi because each one of these are pearls that I keep picking up each day. These are few minutes of conversations but deeply impactful. Today he told me "TBK the only way to grow any Business is by networking. Write Articles, Posts and whatever you will feel will help in engagement with more people. Use LinkedIn to good effect and this will keep you in good stead" A Good Example of Networking wherein a Boss engaged in a healthy dialogue with his subordinate.

Wise words indeed and I try to imbibe these qualities to see my own self improvement. I sometimes find people unable to distinguish between networking on LinkedIn and what they post on other social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram,. LinkedIn a Business Tool for engagement and networking whereas Facebook/IG is for a lighter informal banter, Both according to me cannot be mixed. LinkedIn is the place for Networking and not for informal conversations. Period.

What are the Benefits of Networking

1. You are Looking out for a Job, Chances are there you might land your dream job if you are able to Network well on a platform like LinkedIn.
2. You have a Business product or Service to Offer, Again LinkedIn is the right place for you to showcase them by Networking in the right groups.
3. Networking Helps because your reach increases, you come in contact with newer audiences and chances are bright in closing out a Business Deal if you Network More
4. There are always Buyers/People who are in the lookout for Products and Services. If you have the right Networking Skills then chances are high that Two sets of People who are looking out for each other, may bump into each other albeit virtually and that's the beauty of Networking
5. Learning happens and you gain more knowledge through Networking.
