First up was a meeting with the CEO of a VC backed business incubator at downtown Bugis at the new Duo Towers. The towers are creatively designed and below the lobby is aweinspiring with a grand entrance decorated with palm trees. Remind me of the grand entrance of changi airport. Lol.
So up I went to the office. Its a very cool office. With a beautiful aerial view of the artistic Bugis area. You could see the Sg Flyer and Marina Bay cbd in the distant background.
Theres this amazing cafe area right smack in the middle of the office which makes the office feel like not an office. It feels like a place where humans :) gather and hangout.
This is what I mean when I teach business Leaders the importance of having the right "Outer Atmosphere" to optimise for a positive vibe and energy in the workplace
The A element stands for the keyword "Atmosphere" in the success guiding formula I developed which is A+K+T = Success

Nextup for the 2nd meeting I met with the CEO of an Indonesian firm dealing in the futuristic tech stuff... that will be a trend well... in the near future.
He talked to me about his challenges in growing his business. I advised him that since he is an inventor and manufacturer of promising futuristic technology, he should focus on getting good patents. As its the patents + profitable business model/marketing that will bring him the $
Technology alone may not be enough... I said. You'll need a profitable business model and effective marketing. And when I say marketing it's not just doing some well designed brochures and hoping the customers come in.
Marketing is such a broad topic. There's Branding, Event Marketing, Digital, Facebook ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Funnel Marketing, Sponsorships and many more...
