Very sexy announcement at Security Token Summit 2021 today. A group is putting together a layer on top of every blockchain so u can transact seamlessly! Wow!

New interoperability protocol between all popular blockchains/ledgers. While it sounds awesome, only institutions will be allowed to use it. I thought the idea of decentralization was to eventually dump the banks altogether. Will this new interoperability puts bankers back in the middle of each blockchain transaction?
