Big problems need solutions
Nobody wants a solution unless they have a problem they want to fix now.
Most prospects can live with small problems. Why? Because they don't want to put in effort or change. That seems too hard.
But a big problem? Yes, that will need a solution.
So allow our prospects to talk long and hard about their problem. Encourage them to talk even more about the consequences of keeping their problem. The longer they talk, the bigger the problem grows in their minds.
