Earlier this year, I attended the Las Vegas Market furniture show and got a good sense of why vendors use NetSuite to be more efficient in managing supply chain/inventory, eCommerce and customer communications. At the recent High Point Market furniture event in North Carolina, several executives shared that while NetSuite is a great solution, they wish they could get more out of it.
