With already many years and thousands of use events on the counter, we today proudly release the latest version of?Netlife Assist *.

“Assist” is specifically designed for mobile use and centered around field maintenance, technical operations and project activities for Mobile Network Operators.

Whether it’s a?site-repair, equipment?decommissioning?(for instance removal of 2G network),?deployment?of new technology (rollout of 5G network) or for doing a?Site-Audit?(to update the Fixed Asset Register), Assist has predefined routines for each of these tasks.

In the event internet is not available, field engineers can still make use of all the features which Assist has to offer, updates will be automatically synced the moment internet becomes available again.

Engineers will have the overview of equipment installed on-site, to-be installed or decommissioned equipment list, entire log of historical tickets and detailed equipment information at their fingertips.

By using the internal communication suite, users can chat over channels, send direct messages, create follow-up tasks, make pictures (and annotate them) and much more. Furthermore, if SMS or WhatsApp is the preferred medium of communication you can simply enable it on your personal profile!
