Netflix culling lots of Disney movies in May
Our video discovery app Screen, which is in private beta has revealed that Netflix are expiring a huge amount of Disney movies in May.
We have been busy working on our video discovery app Screen for a number of months and are currently refining it in private beta.
One of the great features of Screen is the "Leaving Soon" section, which lists movies and shows that are due to expire soon on the Netflix UK service. Users can view more information, watch a trailer, add it to their "My Screen" area and even tap to watch it right within the Netflix iPhone app.
Today we ( and a number of our beta testers) noticed the mass cull of Disney movies happening from May 1st. Great movies such as Brave, Monsters University and The Muppets.
