NetApp Appoints Bego?a Jara as Vice President for Germany

Today I welcomed Bego?a Jara at #NetApp as the new vice president and general manager for Germany, the NetApp’s second-largest market worldwide.

In this role, Bego?a becomes a key member of the EMEA & LATAM geo leadership team that I have the pleasure to lead. Bego?a will be responsible for leading the German business and will focus on creating cloud- and innovation-driven growth across a diverse set of customer segments, including enterprise, global system integrators, commercial, global accounts, and channel. She will also create the GTM framework to defend and grow NetApp’s all-flash leadership in the country, ultimately building on NetApp’s hybrid, multi-cloud innovation top position.

I am thrilled to welcome Bego?a to this leadership position, she knows this market intimately – and she is well-known by the market and the entire ecosystem of the IT infrastructure industry. She brings what we need in Germany, and under her savvy leadership and passion, our team will earn new customers’ and partners’ trust. This is key to helping our customers achieve and exceed their goals while unlocking value through the innovation delivered by our technologies. I firmly believe that supporting the empowerment of people is essential to letting them seize and pursue opportunities. Bego?a, a native of Madrid, did her doctoral studies in International Relations at U.N.E.D. Spain and holds an Executive MBA from Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Bego?a has lived, worked or studied in Spain, France, and England, before settling with her family in Munich.
