.NET Developer – Brussels (Belgium) – Freelance 6 Months+

For a Software development client in Brussels, I am searching for a freelance .NET Developer with SQL knowledge for a long-term position.

This opportunity offers 2 days remote working per week.

The main responsibilities:

• You will work on the development and maintenance of .NET applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business.
• You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration with SQL databases and optimize data handling processes.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to the .NET framework and SQL queries will be a key aspect of your role.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the system’s reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient software solutions.
• Assist in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Skills required:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar .NET Developer role.
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.).
• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Knowledge of Powerbuilder
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• You are fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
