Nephex Launch the Automated MedCo Coverage Checker

We are pleased to announce the release of our latest MedCo Compliance tool for MROs. The automated coverage checker, allows Nephex MRO users to check their expert panels coverage against all 2429 of the published MedCo postcodes. It then reports which postcodes are covered within 15 miles and which are not. Finally, it allows you to automatically update MedCo as to which postcodes the MRO covers.

This feature turns this previously almost impossible compliance task into a simple 15 minute monthly job, which allows a report to be exported to put in the MROs monthly management compliance pack, and saves the MRO laboriously going through the tick box list on the MedCo registration page and manually updating it.

By completing this task each month, the MRO is not only more compliant, but they are giving a better service to their customers and making their SLA targets simpler to fulfill as they are not receiving instructions in place where they don't actually have good coverage. The report can of course be used as a tool to help the MRO identify areas where recruitment is needed.
