Nepal is a landlocked country located in South Asia, between India and China. It is situated in the Himalayas, and is home to some of the highest peaks in the world, including Mount Everest.
That mean there is no sea, so we don't have much seafoods. Most of fishes naturally comes from fast river, mostly wild and organic.
The country is divided into three main geographical regions:
The Himalayas, The Hilly Region, and the Terai Region.
The Himalayas make up the northern part of Nepal and are home to many of the world's highest peaks, including Mount Everest. This region is known for its rugged terrain, snowy peaks, and glaciers. It is sparsely populated and mostly uninhabitable, but is a popular destination for mountaineers and trekkers.
The Hilly Region is located in the middle of Nepal, and is characterized by rolling hills and valleys. This region is home to many of Nepal's cities and towns, as well as agricultural land. The hilly region is also known as the middle hills and is a major source of food production.
The Terai Region is located in the southern part of Nepal and is a low-lying plain. This region is known for its lush vegetation, and is home to many of Nepal's national parks and wildlife reserves. It is also a major agricultural area, and is known for its production of rice, sugarcane, and other crops.
In summary, Nepal has a diverse geography that ranges from the highest peaks in the world to the low-lying Terai plains. This diversity in geography also reflect in the diverse culture, languages, and lifestyle of the people living in different regions with 128 different communities.

Everest is part of the Mahalangur mountain range and is located in the Sagarmatha National Park. The mountain is a significant cultural and religious site for the Sherpa people of the region, who have lived in its vicinity for centuries.
