We are delighted to unveil Sindalah, NEOM’s first physical showcase to the world. Initially announced in December 2022 by His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Chairman of the NEOM Board of Directors, Sindalah’s opening marks a significant milestone in our progress in developing NEOM.?

What is Sindalah??

A year-round luxury island destination, Sindalah will welcome visitors from around the world, offering refined accommodations and luxury experiences that cater to the most discerning tastes.?

Located in the pristine waters of the Red Sea, five kilometers off the NEOM coastline in northwest Saudi Arabia, it’s ideally positioned just 17 hours by sea from key Mediterranean yachting destinations.

Two years in the making?

Transforming Sindalah from concept to reality was the result of an extensive two-year effort, across four local contracting partners and up to 60 subcontractors. This incredible development reaffirms NEOM’s ability to conceive and deliver new and exciting destinations, while marking a significant step in realizing Saudi Arabia’s tourism ambitions under Vision 2030, by generating around 3,500 jobs for the industry in line with economic diversification goals.

Home to ultimate luxury?

Sindalah is home to a captivating blend of natural beauty, innovative technology and architectural excellence.

Our luxury island destination will feature 38 exceptional culinary offerings, 36 premium retail boutiques, over 77 globally-renowned brands, a breathtaking beachfront Golf Club, and a world-class 6,474-yard, par 70 golf course offering 18 teeing points and two unique nine-hole experiences.

Set to welcome up to 2,400 guests a day by 2028, future visitors of Sindalah can select from a range of breathtaking properties offering a total of 746 keys.

The ultimate yachting destination

With its strategic location and year-round pleasant climate, Sindalah’s state-of-the-art, 86-berth marina will usher in a new season of sailing.?

The Sindalah Yacht Club, with interiors expertly designed by Stefano Ricci, sits as the marina’s focal point and invites yachting guests, owners and crew to enjoy its amenities. Docking facilities, additional offshore buoys for super yachts and a full suite of yacht management services are also available.?

Boasting incredible biodiversity

Sindalah’s surrounding waters are home to an impressive marine ecosystem that features over 300 coral species and 1,100 species of fish. Preservation of this unique habitat has been central to Sindalah’s development, so that guests will be able to explore these ecologically-rich waters for themselves for generations to come.?
