This strategic recapitalization provides us with the resources and flexibility to accelerate growth, develop new product offerings, and enhance our service delivery—all aimed at strengthening our position in the industry and better serving our valued customers and partners.

Leadership Transition and Continuity

After more than 24 years of dedicated service, Rob Bohn has decided to transition from his role as President of NEMA Enclosures. Rob will continue to contribute to the company as a senior advisor and as a member of our newly established Board of Directors. In this capacity, he will support the company’s ongoing operations and new leadership as we enter this exciting phase of growth.

We are also delighted to introduce Luke Davis , who has joined NEMA Enclosures as our new Chief Executive Officer. Luke comes to us with a wealth of experience, having held leadership roles at ExxonMobil and served as an officer in the United States Army. His background in strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team-building makes him exceptionally well-suited to guide NEMA Enclosures through its next chapter.

We want to emphasize that our entire management team, which has been pivotal to our success, remains in place. Jonathan Bohn continues in his role as Engineering Manager, ensuring our commitment to technical excellence and quality remains steadfast. Alongside Jonathan, Erik Palacios , our Quality Assurance Lead, continues to uphold the highest standards in our production processes. Aerial Vance, our HR & Accounting Manager, remains dedicated to managing our human resources and financial operations with precision. Oscar G. , as Purchasing & Shipping Manager, continues to streamline our supply chain to ensure efficiency and reliability. Hector Gracia, our Manufacturing Manager, remains focused on optimizing our manufacturing processes, while Jose Perez, our Equipment Manager, ensures that our facilities and equipment are operating at peak performance. Cheldra M. , our Sales Manager & Production Planner, continues to advance our sales strategies and streamline order processes, while optimizing production planning to effectively meet our customers' needs.

We are also deeply grateful to all our employees whose dedication and hard work have been instrumental in achieving this milestone. We look forward to continuing this journey of growth together with our entire team.

In addition to these leadership changes, we are excited to announce the expansion of our operations with a new facility set to open in the coming months. This expansion will significantly increase our production capacity, allowing us to fulfill orders more efficiently and offer even more customized solutions. The new facility will house a state-of-the-art automated powder coat system in response to the growing demand for powder-coated enclosures. This advanced technology will enable us to enhance our product offerings and maintain the high standards of quality and customization that define NEMA Enclosures.
