These two awards – the Leader of the Year Award and the Belonging Champion Award – recognize the associates who go above and beyond every day for their stores, their clients, and their peers.??

Leader of the Year Award??

The Leader of the Year Award is given to associates who?embody NMG core values. They exhibit a tireless commitment to serving our internal and external customers,?operate with a team mentality and always listen and collaborate with others for the greater benefit of their store. They exceed KPI expectations, execute on our performance standards and deliver success for their stores every day. These associates set a positive example of the NMG Ways of Working (WOW) and drive their store’s evolution with an innovative mindset. They act as a mentor to other associates, and – most importantly – always Lead with Love.???
