Today, we are going to look at a Negroni, a cocktail that’s equal parts bitter, herbal, and refreshing. It’s the kind of drink you order when you feel a little adventurous but not too adventurous.

Classic, yet bold. This drink has a cult following for a reason.? A Negroni doesn’t just play with your taste buds; it lingers in your memory.

Let's start with some ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

What Glass should I use,…

• Rocks

What hardware do I need?

• Mixing glass
• Bar spoon
• Strainer

Ice

Large Cube

Garnish

Orange Peel Twist

Directions - Let's do this; let's make a drink!

Add everything to the mixing glass with some ice and stir gently until the outside of the glass feels almost frosty.

Strain into a Rocks glass over a large cube, add garnish, and serve.
