Negotiation process, follow these steps to increase your probabilities of winning.

In negotiation, there are several critical aspects related to this process. Those who might think that being a good negotiator is the result of being in front of the process with no rules and structure, let me tell you that if you succeed, it was because you were lucky. Negotiating in terms of a process must take into account several aspects as emotions, psychological aspects, knowledge, fear and fearless, so many things. But the most important recommendation is follow some steps to increase your probabilities of winning or at least achieving the objectives: 1.- Treat the problem in a separated form to the People. 2.- Focus on the interest of people, not in positions 3.- Invent, create, brainstorm to generate options of mutual benefits , but real mutual benefits 4.- Always base your proposals or suggestions based on objective criteria .
