Negotiating Salary, Bonus and Salary Raise

Working market is getting tighter and tighter in Turkey due to many reasons among them the salary dilemma, Turkey and Turkish business have different approaches toward salaries, it is fully depending on the negotiation. ?n some other countries and markets they are counting your abilities that will serve the job and paying them separately within your salary for example in France there is amount for Master degree, for extra languages... Although I don't think this is a healthy approaches for some societies especially the francophones they got this culture from the education systems and methodology.
Back to Turkey, the groups you are expecting are doing well in profit and turnover , you get surprised that their employees are among the less paid, they are selling the company stability and the brand position offering the employee the stability and confidence that they will always survive, the comfort zone approaches taking some of employees and convincing them. Some companies are offering a good salary but very unstable environment as those companies are living high/down even sometime the big salary relatively you have is not paid at all.
so it is a stable job with less salary in a strong company or a good salary in an unstable company, and those who do not trust well their experience, ability and talent get lost between these two options and end up working for years with a salary just allow them to survive.
So the solution is not to go for any of these both, nor following the market and the salary, make your research and put your competences and experiences on the table honestly facing yourself and decide on the amount and the condition that these abilities and experiences deserve with no fear no hesitation, go just for the company that meet these conditions and also a company with a strong hold, if you do not find it picking a good salary in an unstable company will serve you and your career more than a stable company with a low salary that will be kind of adduction for you and will take your skills hard and s?ft backward.

?n Turkey the company feel it is strong and stable when it is able to let a way an employee who wants to go go, but in contrary that shows you the deep value and philosophy of a company that will not serve your career, interestingly these companies are among the biggest in Turkey, and they are the same company who implicitly or explicitly adopt the philosophy that an employee should not get too much comfortable and the company should just give them what allow them to survive and stay stuck to the company.
it is not about the employer, the company or the market it is about the philosophy of the employee, the vision and the ambition, remembering that they can make better career better earning taking a step that might not be very easy or comfortable at the beginning but will always lead to a challenge that will take you to the other level.
