Negative interest rates: a panel of experts

S&P Global hosted a cross-sector roundtable on negative interest rate policy in London September 27, and their impact on economic activity. All sectors of the company were represented: Ratings, Market Intelligence, S&P Dow Jones Indices and Platts. This video sums up some of the discussion held over the course of the day.
