Need to reconsider, but what?

Watched videos of the culprits/murders involved in the Sialkot heinous incident. They do not seem regretful or ashamed of what they have done. They have their own sense of pride in killing a person with extreme brutality which could they imagined.

Meanwhile, there are hundreds of posts, reshared on condemnation of this act. These posts show there are a few also who at least do not support brutality (imagine for a while maybe in the name of religion).

It seems like there are two different worlds are exist within a country. Both worlds are totally contrary to each other. The irony is from one group the message of hate is received by other communities but the message of counter-narrative is not reaching the group indulged in extremism. Their incoming is closed.

Further, Can they read thousands of condemnations, counter-narratives being posted in English on social media? Do they understand English? It feels like a huge black hole lies between these groups and all the counter-narratives had been dumped in that hole. Blackhole of the language barrier, ignorance, extremism, the list goes on ----etc etc

It was not the first incident and I am afraid it would not be last. As an individual are we ready to put some dust of awareness in the whole to reduce that hole of black ignorance and misleading? With hundreds of schools, many colleges and a couple of universities in Sialkot, if we still face such incidents then there is a question on the role of institutions in the community developed. Are our institutions, the government has the courage to address the main issue of darkness?
