Geno: SuiteCare is a Managed Services offering staffed with dedicated resources that perform a business-first discovery of your organization in efforts to become familiar with your account and make better informed consulting recommendations.

O: How does SuiteCare differ from a traditional support offering?

G: The SuiteCare consulting team is a higher caliber of consultants that have had years of consulting, business, and implementation experience that far exceeds that of a traditional support team. A traditional support team will usually just implement whatever leading practices are recommended for your industry. Because the SuiteCare team is dedicated to your account and have learned your unique business, they have greater context in making recommendations. This cuts down on the transfer of knowledge required when speaking to a new general support representative.

O: Who is a good candidate for SuiteCare?

G: SuiteCare is great for new NetSuite clients that just went live but are not comfortable with the process and practices of their implementation partner. It's also great for long standing NetSuite users that would like an assessment of their current NetSuite environment and recommendations of improvements they can make to their system.
