Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing wonderfully these days. Tonight, I figured, hell, I might as well write to you while I await assistance to tow my vehicle off the highway.

Today, let's look at proper absorbing environments for specific nutrients.

1) Calcium- in order to take in this nervous system boosting, bone and teeth strengthening mineral, we need an acidic environment in the stomach. Therefore, taking in calcium through dark green veggies works really well. Using dairy and calcium fortified Tums just passes through our system

2) Magnesium- a very important mineral to level blood sugar, get rid of left side of body cramping, and much more, We want to take it at night before bed. It promotes greater sleep, and allows our muscles to recover faster.

3) Vitamin D- Summer is coming, and the more we're outside, the more Vit. D we can get. However, the darker the skin gets, the LESS it absorbs. When it comes to supplementation, 70,000 IU twice a week is all you need.
