Worried about the New Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) that is coming into force in April 2018? Then let us help before time runs out.
As you may or may not know the government has introduced new legislation that comes into force on the 1st of April 2018 which targets buildings that have an EPC rating of F or G.
Landlords will not be able to grant tenancy (exemptions apply) for new or existing tenants to these buildings until their energy ratings are improved.
Let us help to determine if your building has a problem by using the benefits of Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM). This is a more comprehensive analysis than a standard simplified energy model and can help to easily identify areas of your building that can be improved for the smallest outlay. Sometimes the analysis method alone may improve your current rating and is therefore enough, as Tas can produce more accurate calculations than other tools on the market.
We have saved clients £1,000s by working with them to find the best solution for their buildings.
Here at EDSL we have a team of consultants with decades of experience in this field waiting to help you. We lodged some of the very first Level 5 EPC’s and have completed many more since so we know what is required to make buildings comply with the new MEES.
