More leaning into digital networking. A higher reliance on video conferencing solutions to screen and interview.
More insight into other digital tools that help with outreach and communication. And increased use of analytics tools to scan resume and hiring data in order to surface insights.
These are just some of the revelations that have come from #covid19.
Of course, what you’re paying for when you collaborate with a recruiter is largely human instinct and expertise, and that hasn’t gone away.
