The loss of (my old life, my beloved Pops, the America I loved so much I adopted it as my 2nd home) has been very, very hard, and needs to be grieved...You have to relearn everything...But you have to grieve out loud, too. Where can you do that? Maybe go to the sea, or...sing, weep, make poetry for life. No matter what, you need to find a way for the grief of your loss to turn into life again.
