Growing up, I always have this voice inside my head saying …
“LIFE IS A GAME OF WITS — IT IS ALL ABOUT HOW YOU USE THE KNOWLEDGE YOU'VE LEARNT AND KNOW.”?
I figured that’s just true for our own career development, now, on a much bigger scale it is also the same entire thing for organizations.
Businesses are just an extension of people’s knowledge and ideas, connecting solutions to problems.?
That’s why a team is just as important as having a strong leader.
Business is a strategy game, and not just that …
It is also a mental strength game.
Business owners and leaders can probably relate, but the heavy accountability that is expected of them can sometimes be a burden.?
That’s why strong leaders and entrepreneurs have so much in common …
The ability to withstand adversity as well as adapt well to change.?
To assist the people it touches and loves.

Okay, let’s rephrase to, to create, plot, strategic solutions that creates a ripple effect of impact to the people it helps.?
BUSINESS COACHES ARE THE VOICE OF CHARACTER
Leaders need that sane voice inside them to really volume up.?
Problems, constant shifts, economic recession, internal issues, financial shortage … A leader has a lot of urgent issues that they need to tend too.
Or even acknowledge to solve.
A business coach guides their clients to an abundance mindset … A thinking that is highly critical for success.
A solution-based type of thinking that is strongly relevant to the client, a business coach mirrors you back your own strengths and weaknesses, but a business coach talks you through overcoming the voice of doubt and discourage.?
A business coach, I would say, is the voice of character.
The perspective they give encourages self-transformation, the idea that they sell to you is. “you cannot give what you don’t have.”
And the biggest asset a person have are 2 things:
MINDSET - This is the balance of your logical thinking and your emotional intelligence, and how you use the information in front of you.
SKILLS - What are the technical skills you possess? Skills are simply what you can offer to the world in exchange for something… A skill that others can consume, contribute at, or be entertained.?
So you need both in order to give back to the people under you or looking up to you.?
A leader has a lot on their plates, but they ALWAYS make the time to polish further their two biggest assets.
Again, you cannot give what you don’t have, and the best asset you can really invest on is your thinking and skills.
OD CONSULTANTS ARE THE VOICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL REASON, LINKAGE AND LOGIC.
Organizational Development consultants, specifically, study the technicality of things, how things are connected and how it can be solved.
It has strategic reason behind it. It oversees facts, endless bulk of feedback surveys, news report and data.?

A discussion about how to make your organization improve candidate experience, filter out the BEST candidates and weed out fast the rest …

But the means of screening out the candidates are still outdated, let’s be real. Recruitment experience has a long way to go, but some organizations are starting to shift the change.
Are organizations giving the people what they want? ?
Unlike years ago, candidates has a lot of options now compared to before.?
I personally like the methodology that was shared… It appears as a process of scaling up, as well.
Strategy —> Design —> Technology?
STRATEGY?
Strategy is not a one size fits all, a good strategy should fit like a glove perfectly.?

During the HR Coffee Session I attended, HR professionals, from recruitment to learning development professionals —
We were clustered into groups. The groups were given an instruction to identify the needed competencies for their chosen industry / role.?
It was a great insight, to see how each competencies and preferences varies from person to person.?
A desirable outcome should always come down to having a strong strategy.?
DESIGN
Design, I would say is the integration of strategy and implementation. It is to create designs that can be automated and systemized.
An end-to-end process that later on utilizes technology in the long run.?
TECHNOLOGY
In the time of technological advancement where we can instantly connect with everyone in just a swipe of a finger.?
We can’t just communicate, but the means of tracking things or doing things, efficiency increased.?
A lot can already be measured and accelerated.
It’s just a manner of how well versed are you with the needs of your own organization.
There’s a lot of productivity and communication tools out there, but organizations are either stuck with what they have been using for decades or they are too thirsty to try out all tools out there.
Simply, all I’m saying is don’t feel overwhelmed.
Cover the basics, and tweak what you need as you move up.?
The sustainable development of a business should be playing around here.?

Whatever you are doing in your businesses, I’d say the success of your business will always require you surrounding yourself with like-minded people.?
Keeping yourself grounded to your own strengths, surrounded by people who challenges your weaknesses (to help you improve), and using your overall capability to help out organizations and group of people.
Investing more on yourself, as a leader. Keep in mind that having the right mindset isn’t enough, yet it is a great head start.?
This is something that I'd probably be thinking more of so often ...
