Nearing Completion Here's A Sneak Of Our Feature Documentary Film!

Here's another sneak peek at our nearly completed documentary feature film called, "Feast Your Ears: The Story of WHFS 102.3 FM" about one of the most beloved and legendary FM radio stations ever to grace the airwaves.

This particular short segment is about the two guys, Bob Carpenter and Bill Tynan, who created the first High Fidelity Station (the HFS in WHFS!) in Bethesda, MD just outside of Washington, DC. Not only did they create it from the ground up one of them actually rebuilt the transmitter himself which was provided by Edwin Armstrong the guy who invented FM radio in the first place. Just a little bit of magic there.

As they launched the station on the airwaves they were having some noise problems from the electricity going through the transmitter so they needed to find a solution and quickly. Just wait until you see how they solved that problem! Best viewed full screen for max viewing pleasure.
