As a near zero energy consumption sustainable demonstration project in cold regions of northern China, the project cooperates with BREEAM system in the UK and LEED system in the us to reduce energy consumption and provide comfortable environment through sustainable design.
The fa?ade of the building consist of prefabricated carbonized wood ventilation shutter and photovoltaic double-layer ventilation glass curtain wall.
