The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has released the new Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for 2024-2025, effective from 1 July 2024. This update includes several important changes that NDIS providers, participants, and stakeholders should be aware of, particularly those involved in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Psychology Services.
Key Updates:
- Increased Hourly Rates: The new pricing guidelines include increases in the hourly rates for specific line items related to behaviour support services. This adjustment aims to reflect the current market conditions and ensure fair compensation for the high-quality support provided by practitioners.
- Implementation Timeline: These changes are effective from 1 July 2024. At Insight PBS, all current participants will stay on the old pricing model until their NDIS plan renews. Any Service Agreements received after 1st July 2024 will be using the new pricing model.
- Administration Adjustments: InsightPBS’s administration team will update the hourly rates in our system on the effective date. Future invoices for new Service Agreements will reflect these changes, ensuring compliance with the new guidelines. This means that any new Service Agreements signed after July 1st 2024 will be following the new price guide. Any current or ongoing Participants with Insight PBS or Bridging Psychology will remain at the current price levels, until their plan rolls over.
