NCOei.org DECISION MAKING AND IMPULSE CONTROL COURSE

What is a decision making / impulse control course?

A decision making / impulse control course is a course that essentially helps you to become more conscious and aware of how your decisions influence your actions and your thoughts control your impulses--all of which are influenced by your emotions which are the result of your belief systems...you cannot have an emotion unless you have a belief first. This dynamic and complex process also involves your subconscious mind and habitual patterns of thinking and even includes physiological symptomatic influences as well.

Decision making and impulse control can be taught in a systematic fashion starting with basic definitions and the philosophy behind decision making and impulse control. Mastery of emotional intelligence is the core component of my decision making course and the goal of the course is MASTERY OF EQ (EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE).

Master Your EQ!

If you have been ordered to take decision making and impulse control or if you are just enhancing your health and wellbeing education, you have come to the right place. Visit NCOei.org to enroll. My name is Val Catt. I am the director of the English language Course Development Department at NCOei.org. NCOei.org has a team of licensed and certified physical and mental health professionals developing health and wellbeing education that focuses specifically on behavior modification.

NCOei.org Advisory Board of Licensed and Certified Physical and Mental Health Professionals serve as an approval committee as well as advisers and promoters of NCOei.org educational content.

So, what exactly is taught in a decision making/impulse control course?

NCOei.org courses start with the basics of decision making and impulse control and expand into the development of emotional intelligence characteristics; for example, my decision making / impulse control course ( also available in full Spanish language as "curso, toma de decisiones / control de impulso" begins with the basic decision making process broken down into steps. Next, the philosophy behind decision making is explained through presentations and educational videos on ancient decision making philosophies. The course body consists of understanding the conscious and sub-conscious mind and understanding how emotions and thoughts control impulses which in turn result in decisions. The course guides you in how to control and direct habitual patterns of thoughts to reflect that which you are wanting to create in your life.

Whether you have been ordered by a judge or court to take decision making / impulse control or if you are just wanting to enhance your health and wellbeing education; a decision making / impulse control course can get you started in the right direction.
