Marc Witte is a Senior Sales Executive with over 20 years of experience in the medical supply and healthcare services industry. His strengths include persuasion, problem-solving, and innovation. Mr. Witte has a long history of selling to clinicians, pharmacists, distribution partners, and other types of healthcare customers nationally. He has worked directly with

some of the largest integrated delivery networks (IDNs), medical/surgical distributors, pharmaceutical companies, and national chains in dialysis, long-term care, diagnostics, prisons, and retail pharmacies. Mr. Witte has a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas for tangible and intangible offerings. He has “fire in the belly” and a solid work ethic. Mr. Witte’s success in building long-term client relationships, “getting deep and wide” with customers, selling new offerings, negotiating contracts, and utilizing strategic selling has led to his many achievements. Mr. Witte started his career at Terumo Medical Corporation in various sales and distribution management roles with regular promotions. He has recently worked for three market-leading healthcare organizations, including Hollister, Inc. Stericycle, Inc., and Wolters Kluwer.

Mr. Witte’s career progression has included two promotions in national accounts over the past nine years. This led to increased responsibility, including managing and growing a $40 million annual book of business. In addition, Mr. Witte served on several product development committees and participated in mentoring others. Representative accomplishments include:

? Grew a major distributor revenue by 20% in a single year.

? Helped a national dialysis customer exceed its sustainability goals by implementing a solution at 3,000 clinics, keeping 300K pounds of waste out of landfills.

? Sold disposable medical supplies to the largest teaching hospitals in Boston without

Group purchasing organization (GPO) contracts are worth more than $300K.

? Negotiated contracts with four IDNs within one year and achieved the “100% Club.”? Helped a national reference lab with a compliant disposal solution within their retail
