Yes, National Black Coalition Federal Aviation Employees Association is Changing Lives and I was so honored to support them. During the Pandemic, my firm - Training by Design, Incorporated had the awesome opportunity of Training Federal Aviation Administration Leaders and Staff members in a variety of topics for 2 years to include: Emotional Intelligence & Self-Awareness, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Success, Building a Culture of Trust, Cultural Awareness 101, Critical Thinking Skills for Success, Communicating Effectively with Power and many others. But as that contract began to wind down, I was introduced to Ms. Tamara Smith - National Chairperson for Education, Recruitment and Training and quickly invited to Speak at their upcoming 2023 NBCFAE Employee Association Annual Conference. As I began to research this phenomenal organization in preparation for my Speech and Workshop, I was overwhelmed with their mission, their focus, their reach but most importantly, their commitment to ensuring the success of African Americans, other minorities and women as they enter and navigate the enormous playing field of FAA.
As a result, please allow me a moment today to brag about this phenomenal Employee Association that is absolutely changing the world of work for minorities entering FAA. And if your agency does not yet have this type of powerful support, START TODAY! The information in this article is pulled directly from their website - Home - National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (clubexpress.com).
