Navion Senior Solutions Unveils Reimagined and Expanded Memory Care Neighborhood

Durham, NC – Navion Senior Solutions is proud to announce the grand opening of the newly renovated and expanded memory care neighborhood at its Carolina Reserve of Durham community located at 4523 Hope Valley Rd., Durham, NC that is designed to enhance the lives of residents living with dementia. This state-of-the-art neighborhood has undergone a complete transformation, including the addition of 4,700 square feet of thoughtfully designed space featuring inviting communal areas and 10 private resident suites.

The new memory care neighborhood, Pathways to Discovery, is a testament to Navion’s commitment to providing an environment that fosters safety, comfort, and meaningful engagement for residents. Beyond the beautifully reimagined physical space, Navion is proud to introduce its specialized My Pathway approach—a holistic care model designed to create intentional, daily positive experiences that bring joy, purpose, and connection to residents, their families, and the dedicated team members who support them.
