Navigating the compliance requirements can seem daunting, but at Greenstaff Medical, we’re committed to making the process as smooth as possible for our candidates:
- How Soon Will I Get First Day Instructions (FDIs)? Typically, FDIs are released approximately two days prior to your start date, once we’ve received clearance for your assignment.
- Do We Provide Scrubs, and is There any Specific Color? While we don’t provide scrubs, most facilities prefer navy blue. Any specific requirements will be outlined in your First Day Instructions.
- Are the Modules/Health Stream aid? No, modules are not paid. However, they are an essential part of your compliance completion. If a specific facility covers the cost, we’ll inform you accordingly.
- How Soon will I Be Cleared to Start? Clearance times vary, but in general, files are cleared 2-5 days prior to your start date.
- Do you Release Lab Results to Nurses? We do not release lab reports directly. However, we ensure that all necessary compliance requirements are met for your assignment.
- Do I Need to Pay for Lab Work or Background Check? Greenstaff Medical covers the costs of both lab work and background checks. In the event that you incur expenses due to location barriers or scheduling issues, we will reimburse you on your first paycheck.
- What is the Minimum Score for Passing Relias? A minimum score of 80% is required to pass Relias. If there are specific facility requirements, we’ll provide you with advance notice and support you with study guides to help you succeed.
