Adaptive planning is a dynamic and iterative approach to strategic planning that emphasizes flexibility, continuous learning, and responsiveness to change. Unlike traditional strategic planning, which often relies on static, long-term plans, adaptive planning recognizes that the business environment is constantly evolving. It allows organizations to pivot quickly and effectively in response to new information, opportunities, and challenges.

Why It Matters:
