Our Advice: Explore alternative visa options, such as Youth Mobility and Graduate visas, which may have fewer restrictions, allowing you to tap into a broader talent pool.

3. Rising Financial Strain: Increased costs associated with visa sponsorship can exceed a 50% increase per worker, putting financial pressure on startups already struggling to secure funding.
