Navigating Test Management Challenges in Agile Development

This mutual understanding can reduce surprises and make test case updates a more integral part of the development process.

Invest in test case management tools that are Agile-friendly. These tools often provide features for easy versioning, test case reuse, and integration with other Agile project management tools.

8. Training and Skill Development

Ensure that your QA team has the necessary skills and training in Agile methodologies. This includes understanding Agile principles and how they impact testing.
