Fortunate and privileged are understatements when reflecting on the incredible journey of leading this Customer Success team - a group of diverse, bright, engaged, and exceptionally hardworking individuals.

Each member brings a unique perspective, skill set, and energy to the collective effort, creating an environment that not only fosters innovation and creativity but also propels us forward with an extraordinary synergy. Today, I wanted to share the story of one of our top Azure Cloud Solution Architects in EMEA: Rasika Savant .

From a young age, Rasika found inspiration to dream big and strive for greatness, all courtesy of her extraordinary older sister. Witnessing her sister's hard work, boundary-breaking feats, and relentless exploration of new horizons ignited a similar flame within Rasika.

The journey into the tech world began with Rasika pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in the lively city of Pune, India. Although it laid a solid foundation, Rasika's heart yearned for more—a desire to explore the world beyond the familiar confines of academia.

Fueled by an unwavering curiosity for Computer Networking, Rasika decided to take a bold step. Leaving her home country, she enrolled in a Master's program in Networking and Distributed Systems at Trinity College Dublin. This venture proved to be a rollercoaster, requiring Rasika to adapt to a new country, juggle coursework, and embrace the challenges that came with newfound independence.

Little did Rasika know that the true test awaited her post-academic journey—the formidable task of finding a job that truly excited her in a tough job market. After a long search she go an opportunity to join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Operations Engineer in their Graduate Program. Immersed in the AWS organization, she delved into the intricacies of Cloud, discovering a profound passion for assisting customers and solving their challenges.

In her quest for continuous growth and a true customer-facing role, Rasika made the move to Microsoft as a Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA). In this role, her daily mission revolves around understanding customers' unique challenges and assisting them in building robust and stable cloud infrastructures. I have seen first hand how Rasika thrives on actively analyzing current industry trends, weighing the pros and cons, and presenting solutions that make a tangible business impact to her customers. Additionally, she takes pride in being part of a community dedicated to driving and empowering Women in Tech, where mutual support and encouragement abound.

Rasika's tech journey, filled with challenges and triumphs, has proven to be undeniably worthwhile at every step. To all aspiring women, I want to emphasize that your dreams are within reach.
