Mindset shift: Adopting Agile requires a significant shift in thinking compared to traditional methods. This can be difficult for individuals and teams accustomed to rigid plans and hierarchical structures. Embracing uncertainty, collaboration, and rapid iteration demands a certain level of comfort with the unknown.

Estimation difficulties: Unlike waterfall methods, Agile estimates effort incrementally. This can be challenging, especially for new teams or unfamiliar projects. Accurately estimating tasks within sprints requires experience and continuous refinement.

Communication and collaboration: Agile relies heavily on effective communication and collaboration across team members, stakeholders, and customers. Poor communication can lead to misunderstandings, missed deadlines, and ultimately, project failure. Fostering a culture of open communication and active listening is crucial.
